Corporate packages for Russia and international use

Business Document Translation into Russian

We translate corporate document sets for banks, company registration, counterparties, contracts, trade, platforms and authorities. Names, registration numbers, directors, shareholders, powers and defined terms are controlled across the complete package.

Before we quote: send the receiver’s current checklist and every source document, annex and authentication page. We map the package before confirming translation, layout, certification, cost or schedule.

Corporate routes

Which business package are you preparing?

The live RU hub routes by document family. The EN hub routes first by the foreign company’s receiving organisation and complete submission package.

01

Foreign company → Russian bank

Registration, constitutional, ownership, director, address and tax evidence for a bank’s current KYC list.

02

Company registration in Russia

Founder identity, authority and corporate-shareholder records for a Russian notary or registration adviser.

03

Contracts and corporate authority

Agreements, powers of attorney, resolutions, minutes and appointment records controlled as one terminology set.

04

Trade and customs package

05

Corporate identity and authority documents for the exact checklist supplied by the platform.

06

Russian company → use abroad

Package scope

Documents that usually need to stay consistent

The receiver’s list is the source of truth; these are the recurring entity groups found in corporate files.

A

Registration records

Certificate of incorporation, register extract, tax record, licences and current-status evidence.

B

Constitutional documents

Charter, memorandum, articles, amendments and related notarial or registry pages.

C

Ownership and management

Shareholder records, ownership chart, beneficial owners, directors and appointment documents.

D

Authority and transactions

Powers, resolutions, contracts, financial or trade documents, annexes and signature blocks.

Consistency review

What we compare before translation begins

Corporate files are reviewed as a connected set. Contradictory data is flagged for the client or adviser; it is not silently normalised, and Rocketperevod does not provide corporate legal advice.

1
Legal name and entity formApproved Russian or foreign spelling must remain consistent across the package.
2
Numbers, dates and addressesRegistration, tax, document and address fields are cross-checked where repeated.
3
People, ownership and powersDirectors, shareholders, beneficial owners, signatories and authority wording are aligned.
4
Attachments and authenticationAnnexes, reverse sides, apostilles and legalisation pages stay linked to the correct source.
Current rates and estimates

Starting points, then one package-level quote

Final cost and schedule depend on the language direction, volume, scan quality, repeated text, tables, layout, certification, authentication pages, urgency and delivery. We quote only after seeing the complete set.

English-language translation575 ₽ per standard page
Agency certification400 ₽ per document
Partner-notary certification800 ₽ per document

These are current catalogue starting points in roubles, not a promised total. The complete company file, layout and required formalities control the final quote and schedule.

Order flow

From the receiver’s list to a controlled deliverable

This follows the live RU hub’s package-first workflow while adapting the qualification questions for foreign companies.

1

Checklist

Send the current list from the bank, notary, authority, platform or counterparty.

2

Files

Provide the complete source set, attachments and existing approved spellings.

3

Route

We map language, layout, certification and legalisation sequence.

4

Scope

Approve the written quote, schedule, deliverables and delivery route.

5

Control

Translation, editing, layout and final package checks follow the agreed scope.

Inside the bureau

One package, controlled roles

The RU reference exposes the working team because corporate files often combine terminology, dense tables and formal presentation.

Manager

Records the receiver, checklist, file set and agreed formalities.

Translator

Translates document text, seals, notes, tables and authentication marks.

Editor

Checks repeated entities, numbers, dates and package terminology.

Layout specialist

Reconstructs complex tables and structure where the agreed output requires it.

Avoid rework

Common package risks

Translation quality cannot compensate for a missing receiver requirement or incomplete legal file.

Only one document was sent

The receiver may need the charter, register, resolution, authority and authentication pages together.

Company data differs between files

Share the spelling or wording already accepted by the receiving organisation.

Legalisation was checked too late

Ask the receiver first. If required, apostille or legalisation is normally arranged in the country that issued the document before the complete set is translated.

Certification was assumed

Agency certification, partner-notary certification and source-document authentication are separate procedures.

FAQ

Business document translation questions

Receiver-specific requirements remain controlling.

Can you translate a full company package?

Yes. Sending the complete set at once allows names, powers, dates, registration numbers and cross-references to be checked consistently.

Can you advise whether the documents are legally sufficient?

No. We translate and coordinate the agreed document formalities; legal sufficiency must be confirmed by your lawyer, bank, notary, adviser or receiving authority.

Is an original required?

A readable file normally starts review and quotation. An original may later be required for a specific notarial, apostille, legalisation or receiver procedure.

Should apostille or legalisation come before translation?

Ask the receiving organisation first. If required, it is normally completed in the country that issued the document; send the document and all resulting marks for translation afterwards.

How is a large package priced?

Current rates and estimates values provide planning points, but the final quote reflects actual source volume, repetition, tables, layout and required formalities.

Do you keep terminology consistent?

Yes. Repeated company names, roles, powers and defined terms are controlled across the files supplied within the agreed package.

Ready C2 routes

Only routes completed in this gate or previously approved routes are linked.
